Our home maintenance subscription delivers monthly services covering all the tasks outlined in the Oklahoma Home Maintenance Checklist below—helping your home run efficiently while proactively preventing potential issues. This includes changing air filters, cleaning AC coils, winterizing exterior hoses, sanitizing garbage disposals and more. Additionally, we conduct a monthly exterior inspection to spot potential issues before they become costly repairs. Need extra help? Additional hours are available at $90/hour.
